  • Labor Day Holiday- no scheduled classes

    Monday 09/01/08 Arizona Culinary Institute will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
  • Evening Service at du Jour Restaurant

    Thursday 09/04/08 6:00 PM ACI's du Jour Restaurant will be open for dinner service this evening. Our advanced students are looking forward to serving their Valley customers a refined dinner menu with seating times starting at 6:00pm. Our four course seasonal menu is being developed by Chef Instructors and students. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 603-1066. (Please note: We will not be serving lunch on this day)
  • ACF Culinary Competition- Prescott, Arizona

    Sunday 09/07/08 On September 7, 2008 the Prescott, Arizona chapter of the American Culinary Federation is hosting a culinary competition for ACF members. Culinary competitions serve many purposes beyond recognizing talented and innovative Chefs. The competitions are also a forum for camaraderie, networking, and education. Arizona Culinary's Chef Foote and Chef Humprey will be competing in one of the following categories: Cooking, Patisserie/Confectionery, Showpieces, or Team Buffet.   • Middle Eastern Cuisine with Chef Randy Foote

    Wednesday 09/17/08 2:30 PM *** This event is available exclusively to ACI students and alumni *** Join Chef Foote for this exciting extra curricular event to be held in our Basic Culinary Arts kitchen. Chef Foote will be guiding students in making middle eastern cuisine, including traditional flatbreads, curries and classic dishes. A $20 supply fee will be collected upon registration. Sign-up today as space is limited to 20 students.
